Reorganize function packs in YAQL

Currently YAQL library lacks many useful functions. This leads to different applications having to reinvent the wheel and reimplement the same basic functions. Also there is no way to group functions into packages (modules/sets/etc) that can be registered independently. Having so many built-in functions in single namespace is difficult to manage. Maybe it would be reasonable to have some sort of namespace separation/function grouping
