Store the ClientID with the Claim

When a message is Claimed by a worker, we should be able to track which Worker laid claim to that message. We can do this by storing the ClientID Header with the claim.
This will also allow us to generate stats on how many workers are currently claiming messages, by doing a unique search on clientid's from claimed messages.
