Zeitgeist Media Project Joomla Template

Build a template for theZeitgeist Media Project as a standardized Joomla template package. The template must conform to the latest Joomla 1.5 template specification and must be able to be packaged and installed via the Joomla Extensions Manager.
The PSD for the web design, as well as an HTML/CSS mockup hav already been created. The template could be built from scratch using the original PSD, or the existing HTML/CSS could be salvaged and reworked into a Joomla template.
