Done a minimal implementation which is essentially converting the existing view using formlib. Currently don't use widgets for the sub-object display. Intend to dispose of the "new" button as the move to browser views should be accompanied by the newstyle add actions.
Implementation complete but browser tests currently failing because the vocabulary cannot be found. This must be related to changes in the testing backend.
